AUCTION A SUCCESS!!

Thank you to everyone who help with and attended our first off-campus Auction!  We celebrated a wonderful evening where music families and community members came and supported the WHS Music Department!

The entertainment was excellent!  A lovely chamber orchestra, the Percussion drum line, and two jazz combos all made up of WHS Music Students.  Thank you to Eric Lucas who helped organize the music groups and Thank You to all the students who came to give us a terrific performance.

Several students came and helped with the auction in addition to performing and their help is very appreciated. 

We really want to Thank all of those who came and bid and enjoyed themselves.  We raised over $5000 to go towards scholarships, trip scholarships, new uniforms and more.  We would like to Thank all the businesses and individuals who donated items to our auction.  Without you, none of this would be possible.

We look forward to a terrific 2013.

This Inaugural Live/Silent Auction Mixer at Russell’s loft includes many fabulous items, including autographed Seattle Seahawks and Sounders FC memorabilia, tickets to Seattle Mariners, Washington Stealth  and Seattle Thunderbirds games, a full xBox 360/Kinect bundle with games, dinners at restaurants owned by Tom Douglas and other chefs, and much, much more. This event is also open to the public and will feature wine donated by a number of Woodinville wineries, including DeLille Cellars, Januik Winery (Novelty Hill), Pandora Cellars, Washington Wine and more. This event is a fundraiser to help students pay for uniforms, instruments and transportation to and from performances and competitions. Please visit

Music Dept & Booster Meeting Oct 8!!!

This is a meeting for all to come to!

Come see what is going on at the WHS Music Department. 

You will get to see the new uniforms,
            be a part of the discussion about the travelling festivals
            and April Department trip,
                    find out about the Holiday Concert and NEW Auction! 
and other good information.

THREE home games this season!

Woodinville High School's football team will play just THREE games at home this season, which means you have THREE chances to see the WHS Marching Band in action at Pop Keeney Stadium.

Here are the regular season HOME dates:

7pm Friday, September 14 - vs. Newport High School

(It's also Military Appreciation Night and will include a salute to service members past and present, as well as a fundraiser for Operation Homefront)

7pm Friday, September 28 - vs. Monroe

(It's also Homecoming for WHS)

7pm Friday, October 19 - vs. Bothell

(It's also Senior Night)

Come out and support the Falcon Marching Band -- and the football team, of course!

 

Music Camp + Ice Cream Social

Band and Choir music camp took place the last week of August and was capped off by an evening of entertainment which included music, ice cream and tours of the new choir and band rooms in the new building.

Music Booster President Corinne Lawson snapped a couple of photos of the band serenading parents and other visitors.

On the first day of Band Camp, Monday, August 27th at 5pm, we invite ALL parents of ALL music kids to come join us at the first ever Parent Camp Social.
